Traditional Report

I worked with Mechanical Engeneering and Occupational Therapy students to create and market a prototype for a stand-up walker attachment. In our final report, we examined several issues related to materials and budgeting. We also prepared presentations for a panel of professors. This project was a great help for in-person collaboration and considering others’ views on how to complete tasks.

Here, I was developed a webtext with with two partners on the use and value of twitterbots, which are algorithm-based accounts that post content on Twitter. As we worked on this I saw the importance of revising my part of the work to maintain a consistent voice throughout the document. Much of our work was done separately, with online communication being playing a critical role in our work.

Collborative Video.

I, along with several other students, interviewed members an coaches at Star City Boxing, a nonprofit gym in Reading, PA. We then compiled and edited footage from the gym to create two videos, the shorter of which can be seen here. Our interviews also yielded an online book, which I edited and laid out.
